These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pixuvo. By using Pixuvo, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Content Policy, and Refund Policy.
Pixuvo provides AI tools for generating and editing business visuals, including posters, ads, menus, product images, thumbnails, and related visual briefs.
Pixuvo may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Some features may be beta, experimental, rate-limited, or unavailable in certain regions.
You are responsible for:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, abuse credits or payments, or harm Pixuvo, users, service providers, or third parties.
You retain any rights you have in prompts, uploaded images, briefs, and other content you submit to Pixuvo.
Subject to these Terms and our policies, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for making sure your inputs and outputs do not violate laws, third-party rights, platform rules, or advertising rules.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to existing works, unsuitable for your intended use, or require review before publication. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.
You grant Pixuvo a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and modify your content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Pixuvo, including by sending content to service providers involved in generation, editing, storage, safety, analytics, and support.
You may not use Pixuvo to:

When paid features are available, prices, credits, limits, renewal terms, and taxes will be shown before purchase. You authorize Pixuvo and its payment providers to charge applicable fees.
Credits may expire, may be limited to your account, and may not be transferable unless Pixuvo states otherwise. We may change credit pricing or consumption rates for future purchases.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Generation costs are often incurred immediately, so used credits and completed generations are generally not refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
Pixuvo relies on third-party services, including AI model providers, hosting, storage, analytics, email, authentication, and payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, or decisions.
Some features may be released as beta. Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or removed. Do not rely on beta features for critical workflows without your own backup and review process.
You may stop using Pixuvo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if required by law, provider policy, payment risk, or security concerns.
Pixuvo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixuvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or reputational harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pixuvo after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
