Credits Policy

Last updated: May 13, 2026

This Credits Policy explains how Pixuvo credits are granted, purchased, consumed, adjusted, and expired.

What Credits Are

Credits are the usage unit for Pixuvo generation, editing, storage, export, or other paid actions. A credit balance is tied to your Pixuvo account and is not cash, stored value, a bank balance, or a transferable asset.

Starter Credits

Pixuvo may grant starter credits, bonus credits, promotional credits, or manual credits. These credits may have limits, expiration dates, abuse controls, and availability restrictions.

Starter and promotional credits are generally not redeemable for cash and may be changed, revoked, or discontinued if Pixuvo detects abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, policy violations, or technical errors.

Purchased Credits

When paid checkout is enabled, available packages, prices, taxes, bonus credits, and validity periods will be shown before purchase. Purchased credits are added to the account used during checkout after payment confirmation.

If checkout is not enabled, Pixuvo may activate credits manually during beta or early access. Manual activation does not guarantee future pricing or availability.

Credit Consumption

Credits are consumed when a generation, edit, export, or other paid action is successfully submitted or completed according to the product flow. Different models, sizes, quality levels, or workflows may consume different amounts.

Pixuvo may change future credit consumption rates. Changes do not require Pixuvo to reprice credits already consumed by past actions.

Failed Requests

If a request fails because of a Pixuvo system error and no usable output is delivered, Pixuvo may automatically return credits or adjust the account after review.

Credits are generally not returned for successful generations that you dislike, prompt mistakes, wrong settings, repeated submissions, policy blocks, unsupported requests, or network issues outside Pixuvo control after processing has started.

Expiration and Limits

Credits may expire based on the package, promotion, subscription, or manual grant. Pixuvo may also apply maximum balance limits, rate limits, anti-abuse limits, or account restrictions.

Transfers and Resale

Credits are personal to your account unless Pixuvo explicitly says otherwise. You may not sell, transfer, broker, resell, or pool credits without written permission.

Abuse and Adjustments

Pixuvo may delay, deny, revoke, adjust, or cancel credits if we detect fraud, chargebacks, abuse, duplicate accounts, platform manipulation, policy violations, or provider risk.
