This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on Pixuvo. It applies to prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, account activity, automation, and any use of Pixuvo.
Illegal or Harmful Activity
Do not use Pixuvo to create, facilitate, or promote:
- Illegal activity or instructions for wrongdoing.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, forged documents, counterfeit goods, or deceptive ads.
- Malware, security abuse, spam, scraping, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to bypass Pixuvo controls.
- Regulated activity without proper authorization, including financial, medical, legal, or political claims that require review.
Sexual and Exploitative Content
Do not use Pixuvo to create or request:
- Sexual content involving minors or anyone who may appear to be a minor.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Sexual deepfakes, nudification, voyeuristic content, or image edits that sexualize a real person without consent.
- Content that depicts exploitation, coercion, trafficking, or abuse.
Do not use Pixuvo to:
- Impersonate a person, brand, organization, or public figure in a deceptive way.
- Create fake endorsements, fake official documents, fake product certifications, or misleading political material.
- Generate images of private people in sensitive, compromising, defamatory, or misleading contexts.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic evidence of real events.
Violence, Hate, and Harassment
Do not use Pixuvo to create or promote:
- Graphic violence, abuse, or gore intended to shock or harass.
- Threats, intimidation, targeted harassment, or humiliating edits.
- Hate, dehumanization, or discrimination against protected groups.
- Terrorist, extremist, or violent organization propaganda.
Intellectual Property and Commercial Rights
Do not upload or generate content that infringes others' rights. This includes:
- Trademarks, logos, packaging, or brand assets you do not have rights to use.
- Copyrighted artwork, characters, celebrity likenesses, or product images used without permission.
- Attempts to copy a living artist, designer, photographer, brand, or studio in a way that violates their rights or platform rules.
Do not:
- Create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, payment controls, or moderation.
- Resell Pixuvo access or credits without permission.
- Use automation to overload Pixuvo or scrape content.
- Probe, scan, or attack Pixuvo infrastructure.
Enforcement
We may block prompts, remove content, limit generation, suspend accounts, revoke credits, cancel transactions, or report activity when we believe this policy has been violated.
