Content Policy

Last updated: May 13, 2026

Pixuvo is designed for practical business visuals. This Content Policy explains how you may use prompts, uploads, generated images, and edits.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Having the rights needed for images, logos, product photos, people, names, brands, and text you upload or request.
  • Reviewing AI outputs before publishing or using them commercially.
  • Following advertising, marketplace, social platform, consumer protection, intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rules that apply to your use.
  • Keeping backups of important files and final assets.

Commercial Use

Subject to our Terms and policies, Pixuvo outputs may be used for commercial projects such as ads, product images, menus, posters, social posts, thumbnails, and listing visuals.

Commercial use does not mean Pixuvo guarantees that an output is unique, trademark-safe, copyright-safe, legally compliant, marketplace-approved, or suitable for a specific campaign. You must review outputs before use.

Uploads

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload:

  • Confidential business materials unless you understand and accept AI processing risks.
  • Sensitive personal data, government IDs, financial records, medical records, or private messages.
  • Images of people in contexts that violate privacy, consent, or publicity rights.
  • Copyrighted or branded materials you are not allowed to use.

Text in Images

Pixuvo tools may help create visuals with titles, prices, dates, offers, and other text. You are responsible for checking spelling, claims, pricing, dates, disclaimers, and legal requirements before publishing.

Product, Marketplace, and Advertising Claims

Do not use Pixuvo to make false or unsupported claims. Claims about health, beauty, finance, legal, safety, performance, ingredients, discounts, or availability should be accurate and supported.

Moderation

Pixuvo may use automated and manual moderation to detect policy violations, abuse, fraud, and safety issues. We may refuse, block, remove, or restrict content at our discretion.

Similarity and Rights

AI outputs can be similar to existing works, styles, layouts, people, brands, or products. Pixuvo does not guarantee exclusive rights in any output. You are responsible for clearance, review, and risk assessment.
